Wallet Top-Up and Refund Policy

Purpose This policy has been prepared to explain the usage conditions and refund process of wallet balance top-ups made through the Fal Deryası platform.

Definitions - Wallet Balance: The digital balance loaded into the user’s Fal Deryası account, which can be used for purchases within Fal Deryası. - Top-Up Transaction: Adding funds to the wallet using a credit card or other payment methods. - Usage: Spending the loaded wallet balance partially or fully on any product or service.

General Principles - Wallet balance is loaded into the Fal Deryası account based on the user’s request. - The loaded balance can only be used for products and services available on the Fal Deryası platform. - By topping up the wallet, the user is deemed to have accepted this policy.

Refund Conditions - Wallet balance can be refunded only if it has never been used. - If the wallet balance is partially or fully used, no refund will be issued. - Once the user starts using the wallet balance, the user is considered to have waived the right to a refund under this policy.

Partial Usage Case - Even if only a part of the balance has been used (for example, $50 loaded and $10 spent), the remaining balance is also non-refundable. - Once any usage occurs, the top-up transaction is considered "completed" by the system.

Refund Process - If the wallet balance has never been used, the user may submit a refund request through the support team. - Refund requests are evaluated based on payment provider procedures and security checks. - If approved, the refund will be issued back through the original payment method used for the top-up.

Security and Verification - Fal Deryası reserves the right to review refund requests to prevent abuse. - If suspicious activity is detected, the refund may be suspended or rejected.

Responsibility Fal Deryası uses secure payment provider infrastructure for wallet top-up transactions, and all payments are processed through secure payment protocols.

Updates Fal Deryası reserves the right to update or modify this policy when necessary. The most current version will always be published on the platform.
